Monkey Sessions Are Happening!
The Monkey Sessions vision is simple: a drop-in series for beginners to grow their yoga skills over the long term and get a quick workout in the short term.
Each class will be M/W/F at 5:30pm PST, 25min. Perfect for separating your work day from your evening, and active enough to get your blood flowing!
In every class we'll focus on Breath, Flow and Technique while building Heat, Strength, and Flexibility. Drop in to a single session, or be consistent through the whole series to feel confident for future class with me, at home, or in a studio!
Why 'Monkey Sessions'? The series is named in honor of the monkeys that live just beyond the hotel property here in Bali. They love to visit and see if I have any avocados... they just might try to join the class!
