Online Classes and Offerings

My vision for Jacobito Yoga classes is simple: A way for beginners to grow their yoga skills over the long term and get a quick workout in the short term. In every class we’ll focus on breath, flow, and technique while building heat, strength, and flexibility. Yoga has given me so much, and I want to share that with you, one class at a time!

Most classes are 25 min perfect for folks new to yoga.

Not to worry! All my online classes can be found on my YouTube channel. Drop in to a single session, or be consistent through the whole series to feel confident for future classes with me, at home, or in your local studio.
